Item One; St. Patrick's Day Keg Wagon. When you get the wagon it will not contain any barrels and will only have one horse. After feeding the horse a second horse will show. Again after feeding a second time the barrels will show.

Item Two; Special Item/Exclusive Gift System. We have detected a flaw in the system that was causing some people to not get the required parts as they should. To make matters worse our flaw was also triggering a unknown facebook flaw which made the problem worse. This issue has now been fixed and in testing today we have seen that where as before 1 in 4 people were affected by this issue it is now 1 in 1200 people. While this is a massive improvement we are working on improving this number further.

Item Three; Gifting System. It seems to have been a mistake to run this game without a gifting system in place, especially as people have assumed the weekly special item is in fact a gifting system when it was not. So we will be adding a new gifting system within the next 7 days. We had planned for doing this for Friday, however with the discovery's listed in item 2 we might delay until early next week to ensure the changes we have made work as exactly as we planned.

Item Four: Quests. We are asked often how many quests and expansions will there be. Well right now we are looking to produce a quest every two days. We will be expanding that to every day soon. Also again there will be further expansions to allow you to grow your town.


Item Five: Support. We have actually changed the support team recently. We are aiming that your emails will get answered within 48 hours max and reducing to 24 hours max in time. However the old team (hired company) really let us down so we are trying to get the backlog resolved. We have managed to half the backlog within the last 7 days and we expect improvement over the course of the next few weeks.
